After a day's worth of idiocy I have to say you guys are like the
blind leading the deaf.
You guys should put the guitars away and keep clinging to your guns
and religion.

Wow. Just a few hours ago I posted the following in a different thread
but pertaining to the same situation:

Sure enough. You got yourself in a nasty little snit, couldn't take
criticism, started up with the "post your clips" bullshit, then later
had the gall to say "By the way, who cares who's better than who?"
followed by "You guys take this
stuff way too seriously"! Now you're taking your toys and going home.
Utterly predictable.
I tried to see both sides here, but you ignored my posts until recently.
No one was going to calm you down come hell or high water, you were
bound and determined to put on a show for everyone. Now that I've seen
it all evolve, I agree with Moonpie. You may be a good player, but
you're a nasty little prick.

Allowing yourself to become flustered over a usenet thread is a pretty
good indication you are taking it too seriously.

I'd say guns and religion are well worth fighting over. There aint no
motherf---er gonna try and take either of mine away and then live to
tell about it.
The blind and deaf together have all of the functions it takes to
work smoothly.

Sorry to hear that response. Given your second sentence maybe you're doing
the right thing. My suggestion would be to step back, wait a little and
re-read the thread ... see if a more objective view helps to see what really
happened.
