New version of hideaway up - Renli - 7-:01 -0-09-20

Just me practicing guitar, nothing special... Now that I've added a
few more bars from the song I once again attempt to jam it out. On one
hand the song is more complete, but on the other hand there are parts
where I totally flounder and don't know what I'm doing - where I've
learned up to kind of leaves me hanging in the middle of a lick. Of
course, when I finish the song there won't be any more dead parts, but
right now it's sort of fun and interesting to try and figure out why
those dead parts are there and how to work around them.
I've also sort of accepted the difference in tone between near the nut
vs. near the bridge playing. Well, almost.. :)

Sounds like it's dragging a bit.

Yeah it does. I need to learn more of the song because I'm not very
good at improvisation. Once I learn another few bars I'll see what I
can do.

Yeah it does. I need to learn more of the song because I'm not very

can do.

I'm realizing the importance of timing on my backing tracks. Make sure
you're counting and on-the-beat. It will bring some crispness to your
playing. I'd pickup the tempo too.
