Better question - how many people don't care about Twitter? I don't
have enormous amounts of time to waste, so I don't bother with it.
Plus the 140 characters or less format is silly. It takes someone like
my wife at least 5 times that to express a thought.
I'm not saying Twitter sucks, or you suck for using it. It's an
interesting phenomena that shows how technology is changing society.
But really, I have no use for it. This newsgroup and Facebook are all

I can't imagine sitting at a PC describing what I'm doing moment to
moment along with a network of others doing the same. It's gotta be
like calling one of those 1-900 party lines but only minus the charge
and typing instead of talking.

So let me get this right you just post a description of you are doing at
the time? So all you really have to do is post "I'm posting on Twitter right
now posting I'm posting on twitter" well that seems pretty simple. I'll
pass.

+1. Well, I don't really *need* either but I find both to be useful,
although at times they can be real distractions.

No use for it......its for kids who have nothing better to do. I
