FTI, everything after the item number in an eBay listing is superfluous...

<http://cgi.ebay.com/FENDER-STRAT-SQUIER-BLUE-ELECTRIC-GUITAR_W0QQitemZ260432628270>;

takes the interested party to the same page.

FWIW I bought a Squire Strat for $100 today and it has a great neck
that fits my hand perfectly. It almost looks quartersawn and has some
nice figure. The truss rod nut was completely slack and the neck had a
nasty bow that came right out with a few turns. It has a bit of fret
sprout that I'll need to file down but the neck is worth a hundred
bucks by itself easily.

The single bucker, one knob, pink color, and the cat face will take a
bit of getting used to....

:^)

You have a Hello Kitty strat. One of the guys that used to post here
(RC Moonpie I believe but don't quote me on that) had 1 and he always
spoke favorably of it
Hope you enjoy your new aquisition.

There were some "sponsored ads" from Sweetwater above this listing. When
did Squiers creep up to $350 new? There were for "vintage modified" strats.

I know ...

I got the bow out of the neck and it intonates and seems to
stay in tune. It's new. Still had the plastic on it. Pink dots.

Thanks...

Vintage Modified are a higher end, made in India Squier. They go for
around $330 CDN here and are worth every penny, IMHO. Much higher
build quality, and they get a little bit fancier with the electronics,
which are mostly Duncan Designed. My tele has a humbucker at the neck
and a stacked single coil at the bridge. The Vintage Vibe series, if I
recall, is above Vintage Modified, and although I haven't played one,
they get very good reviews as well.

Those "handles" tend to get in my way when I play.

Yeah, & I'm a "handle" snob. All my "handles" say Estaban.
